The Shape of Desire
Forces clashing and merging, coming into form whilst resisting form at the same time. A process about materials and materiality – a struggle. Many attempts at taming a work which failed over and over again. The work escaped me – and this is how it came to be. Out of honesty, the conflict has been left visible. It marks a new phase in my artistic journey with a deeper understanding of the meaning of engagement with materials
